Adjustable Gas blocks are genelly not a good idea for a gun you expect to be reliable long term. My11.5 bcm runs perfectly with or with out my sico omega. It is a factory built upper with standard low pro block, and i run an h2 buffer with a blue sprinco spring. Bcms generally have proper size gas ports so you shouldn't need an adjustable block.

BCM doesn't offer 12.5 bfh. Not in an complete upper nor as a stand alone barrel. Note, if you want bfh in 11.5 it's gov't profile. They offer 14.5 and 16 elw bfh, but not an elw bfh 11.5. ...
