It produced a decent Belgian Triple, but definitely not a clone of La Fin du Monde. Probably the biggest difference between this kit and La Fin is that the kit doesn't use ANY spices. I added (not called for by the kit recipe) 1 tbsp fresh orange zest and 1 tsp ground coriander at 10' and it was still very underspiced in a side-by-side comparison. I used to see the 12oz bottles in 12 packs, but that was years ago. They had a mix pack of Fin Du Monde, Maudite, Trois Pistoles, and I believe Blanche Du Chamblay, and back then it was maybe $25 all in if even that. Most of our 4x16oz craft brews are $12-16, which isn't too terribly high given the prices on beer up here.
